Online Ordering FAQ Essentials
- When you place an order online for the first time, you have to create an account. You will be prompted to create the account when you place your first order. After that, your information can be saved so you don’t have to re-create an account every time you order. A real name and contact information is required.
- Your account information is private and you don’t have to put in any credit card or other method of payment.
- The required information is necessary to let you know your order is ready for pick up and so we know it is you who placed the order when you come in.
- Orders are processed in a timely fashion, and you will receive a text message letting you know it is ready for pickup.
- Do not use fake contact information or else you will not receive the notification your order is ready.
- Your contact details are private and secure.
- Our store is built on the Woocommerce shopping platform, a trusted online shopping software that is used by millions of businesses. Chances are you have used woocommerce based shopping carts on other non-cannabis sites to shop online.
- Orders will be held for 24 hours.
- If there is a problem with your order, then we will send you a notification to let you know so you can adjust or cancel the order accordingly.
- You may also cancel the order at any time.
- Payment for the order occurs upon pick up.
- You will receive a notification that we received your order and another one when the order is packed and ready for pick up.
- During Covid related restrictions, we can deliver an order to medical patients outside. Payment must be made first. Please phone the store when you are out in the parking lot and we will send a budtender out to assist you.
- Orders may be picked up between the hours of 10am and 9pm.
- If there is a line outside, then we can deliver orders to the door, but payment must be made first. Your budtender will deliver the order along with any change. Note, this is only possible during Covid related restrictions.
